Please read through these guidelines before placing your order for gold pieces.
Shipping
When will my order for gold ship?
Once your order is placed, it is hand assembled and double-checked for quality assurance. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Orders for in-stock gold items will ship in 1-3 business days with USPS First Class Shipping. Unfortunately, any orders containing gold items cannot be expedited.
Holly Lane will insure the shipment for the total order amount to cover any loss or damage while in transit to its final destination.
How will my gold jewelry arrive?
Holly Lane gold pieces will arrive in the same way our silver pieces arrive: carded and placed in a drawer-style jewelry box with a Story Card enclosed. There will be no prices printed on the invoice included with your shipment.
My order for gold has shipped but hasn't arrived.
Know that we'll do our very best to get your order out the door and on its way as quickly as possible, but once it leaves our studio and is with UPS, there is nothing we can do to expedite shipping or locate your package. Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
USPS can have unaccounted for delays that can make your shipping take longer than expected. Keep an eye on your tracking. If your package has not moved locations in 3 business days, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
My order for gold says it was delivered, but I can't find it.
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that your package is missing! Unfortunately, after an order is mailed and with USPS, there is nothing we at Holly Lane can do to locate it beyond the tracking info given. The very best thing to do is contact your local post office and give them your tracking number so they can help locate your package. If your order cannot be located, please contact us.
Returns and Repairs
Here at Holly Lane, we are not 100% satisfied until you are. We want you to love your Holly Lane gold piece and wear it for years to come! However, if for any reason you would like to return your gold jewelry, we offer returns for gold jewelry in new condition for up to 90 days. If you would like to return your gold piece(s) please contact us.
You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping of any gold pieces. Due to the higher price point of gold jewelry, it is highly recommended that return shipments be sent via UPS with tracking, and insured for the total purchase amount. Holly Lane is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit back to our studio.
Should your gold jewelry be in need of repair, please contact us. Photos may be required to determine the nature of the repair request.
Special Requests
Unfortunately gold items are not eligible for special or custom requests. Any solid 14kt gold chains are not able to be lengthened or shortened. Should you need any additional length for your solid 14kt gold chains, take a look at our available extender chains.
