How do returns work?

If you would like to return an item, please select one of the last four options under “Return Reason” . Follow the prompts and you will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label after your return request has been submitted and approved. Once your item has arrived back at our studio, you will be refunded through the previously selected payment method. Please note that the original shipping fee is not refundable.

How do exchanges work?

We offer ring, bracelet, and chain exchanges for customers who need a different size of the same item. Please select one of our “Exchange” options under “Return Reason” if that applies to you. Follow the prompts and you will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label after your exchange request has been submitted and approved. Once your original item has arrived at our studio, we will ship your new product back to you! 

If you select Original Payment Method...

If you select “Original Payment Method” your refund will be processed on the original form of payment[s] used at checkout, minus a $5 restocking fee. Please note that if you used both a credit card and a gift card at checkout, your refund will automatically be split amongst both payment methods.

If you select Store Credit...

If you select “Store Credit” we will email you a gift card for the full amount you paid for the jewelry. To use your gift card, apply the unique code in the "gift card or discount code" section at checkout. Any difference can be paid on your credit card of choice, or if you have a remaining balance, you can use it again towards your next purchase.
