The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can I get a different size?
Of course! Just send it back to us by filling out this form and we will gladly exchange it for a different size at no additional cost with free shipping there and back again. Our rings come in whole sizes but if needed, we can provide half sizes.

Where do I enter the discount code?
On your desktop computer:
Enter your discount code on the right hand side under your order total in the “gift cards or discount codes” field. Be sure to click “Apply.” Your discount will show in your order total summary.
On your mobile phone:
Tap "Show order summary" to expand the section and enter in the “gift cards or discount codes” field. Be sure to click “Apply.” Your discount will show in your order total summary. You will also find this same section under the “Payments.”
I forgot to enter the discount code, can I still get the sale price?
If you forgot to enter the discount code on your order and the current promotion is still valid, please reply to your order confirmation and we will be happy to credit you back for the amount you would have saved. So we can best serve you, please only send one email, we will be sure to reply within 1-2 business days.
Price Adjustment Policy
If you have just purchased items at full price or with a lower promotional discount, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if requested within 2 days of your original purchase date. To request a one-time price adjustment, please contact us via our contact form within your 2-day window. Credit will be returned in the form of original payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to be applied back to your account.
Can I special order a different necklace length or bracelet width?
Absolutely! To order a different length or width, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply.
We’re sorry, but hand-stamped, personalized jewelry is not eligible for a return, refund or credit. Personalized pieces will have slight variations and are a result of the handcrafted nature of the line and should be considered part of the beauty and character of the piece. This may be reflected in variations found in but not limited to the shape, style and color of beads and finishes uses, as well as the placement of hand stamped pieces.
Cleaning & Care
How do I clean my Holly Lane jewelry?
A soft polishing cloth is the best way to keep your jewelry gleaming. Most gentle liquid cleaners will do the trick as well. Please see our Cleaning & Care page for more detailed instructions.
My jewelry needs repair, can you fix it?
We'd be happy to repair your Holly Lane piece, please contact us to request a repair. At this time we do not offer repairs for any jewelry outside of our line.
Process & Quality
Who makes the jewelry?
I do! I (Tiffany) design each piece by hand in my studio in Central Virginia. Next, molds are taken of the original piece then cast in sterling silver. Once they’re back, our team finishes the piece by beading and shining it to perfection. See our video on How It's Made and read how I got started.
Does every piece come with the Story Cards?
Yes! Almost every piece has a correlating Story Card that can be seen on the product page. If a Story Card is not shown on the product page then that piece may not come with a specific Story Card.
Is Holly Lane made in the USA?
Holly Lane Jewelry is made in the USA, in our studio in the heart of Virginia.
Does Holly Lane jewelry contain nickel?
While our sterling is an alloy of fine silver and a second metal, there is a potential that brass, copper or nickel may be used to help strengthen the silver. The sterling silver we use contains .925 fine silver and .075 copper.
Where does your inspiration come from?
I draw inspiration from many sources to keep me fresh and creative! Scripture, conversations with others, and personal experiences.
If I ordered a gift bag, will the jewelry come wrapped?
Yes! All our jewelry comes in a Holly Lane box (with the exception of bead drops and sterling chains or cords ordered without a pendant). Additionally, if you’ve ordered your item gift wrapped, you will receive a gift bag and tissue paper with your order. If your shipping address is different than your billing address on your order, we will prepare your gift for you.
I gave someone a gift from your site, can they exchange it for something else if they don't' like it?
Yes! We want you to love your Holly Lane piece, if you've been gifted a Holly Lane piece but would like something else from our collection, please fill out a return form.

Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
