Regardless of when you ordered it, if you have a Holly Lane piece that is in need of repair, we will gladly repair the original piece at no charge with free shipping back to you.
To request a repair, please fill out the form below and include a short description of the needed repairs. Photos may be requested.
You will receive a reply via email in 1-2 business days, within our studio hours of 9am-4pm EST, Monday-Friday. If you have not received a response within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder, our replies often end up there! 😊
