When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, it is hand assembled and double-checked for quality assurance. Orders cannot be added to, altered, canceled or combined. Orders can only ship to one address. Multiple addresses must be separate orders. If there is an error in your shipping address and your order has not shipped, please reply to your order confirmation email ASAP with your correct shipping info. Requests to change a shipping address will delay your shipping and changes cannot be guaranteed.
You will receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped. If you have placed your order by 1 pm, EST on Dec 19 your order will ship on Dec 20 or sooner.
My order has shipped but hasn't arrived
Know that we'll do our very best to get your order out the door and on its way as quickly as possible, but once it leaves our studio and is with the Post Office there's nothing we can do to expedite shipping or locate your package. Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
The Post Office can have unaccounted for delays that can make your shipping take longer than expected. Keep an eye on your tracking. If your package has not moved locations in 2 business days, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
Can I change my order?
Once your order has been placed we're unable to add, cancel or edit an order. If you have made a mistake on your order, please reply directly to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to help you correct your order as quickly as possible. So we can best serve you, please email us only once. Due to how quickly our orders are shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to an order after they have been placed.
Tis the season for gift giving! All orders are sent with a gift invoice with no prices shown.
Christmas Gift Wrap
To add gift wrap to your order navigate to the product you would like to wrap and click "Add Gift Wrap" and add gift wrap at Cart. We will hand wrap your gift and it will arrive under-the-tree-ready.
My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it.
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that your package is missing! Unfortunately, after an order is mailed and with the USPS, there is nothing we at Holly Lane can do to locate it beyond the tracking info given. The very best thing to do is call your local post office and give them your tracking number so they can help locate your package. If you order cannot be located please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
We're happy to say we currently ship to:
Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland, South Africa and the United Kingdom via First Class International Shipping through the USPS.
To place your international order, simply select your country at checkout and enter your address.
International orders will ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 4-6 weeks from the date shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame that your order will be delivered by and that we are not responsible for loss, damage or any additional fees and service charges that may be incurred by customs.
You may receive an additional amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges once your package has been shipped. If you refuse to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees (including, but not limited to, repair fee and restocking fee) will be deducted from the cost of your order, with any remaining funds being refunded to you. Customs are quite different in each country. You may check with the Customs Department of your country for more information about their import policies.
